Clarence Stephen Solutions is the US consulting arm for AcceLLM, a specialized engineering firm delivering production-grade AI systems. We help businesses leverage artificial intelligence to automate workflows, improve decision-making, and drive growth.
We are looking for a driven Business Development Lead to spearhead our growth initiatives. In this role, you will be pivotal in connecting enterprise clients with our high-impact AI engineering capabilities. You will act as the primary bridge between client needs and our technical solutions.
This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement. There is no base salary; compensation is entirely performance-based (commission). You are responsible for your own taxes and benefits.
All marketing and client acquisition costs (ads, outreach tools, cold call teams, travel, etc.) are the responsibility of the BD Lead. These costs come out of your topline commissions after deals close. Example: if you hire a cold call team for $600/month, you fund that upfront, close deals, and pay your team from the commission earned.
